Our Chakras and Wellness Wheel are the roadmap to success!
Inside our physical bodies, lies our soul.Â
The 7 Chakras consist of an invisible energy source running through our bodies (and soul) from top to bottom and each one is linked to a bundle of nerves and major organs. When our Chakras are not well balanced, our Spiritual, emotional, physical and mental well-being are affected. Chakra-based therapies help identify blockage in some areas of our lives and boosts our wellbeing as a whole. We then use the wellness wheel as a guide to self assess and remind us that each dimension of our life is interconnected and when one is affected, this causes a domino effect and other areas collapse as well. In order to manifest a life of true prosperity we must strive for balance in our daily lives.Â
Crown
Located at the top of our head, this Chakra is the direct connection to the Universe and our creator. This Chakra plays a vital role in finding our Purpose. When this chakra is not balanced, we lose our connection to Source and become too consumed by the physical world. This is our Spiritual Chakra.
Third Eye
Located in the center of our forehead, between our eyes. This Chakra is linked to our intuition. When this Chakra is blocked, we are not able to connect to our inner self for guidance, therefore, we live our lives by default. This is our Law of Attraction Chakra.
Throat
Located in your throat and directly affects our verbal communication. Because this chakra is associated with leadership, when it is blocked, it may be difficult to climb the ladder of success. This is our Career Chakra.
Heart
Located in the center of your chest, near your heart. This Chakra allows us to LOVE and feel Compassion. When this Chakra is blocked, there is a wall around our hearts and we are unable to give or receive Love. This is our LOVE Chakra.
Solar plexus
Located in the upper belly and it’s associated with confidence. When this Chakra is blocked, we may suffer from low self-esteem as well as mental disorders and may feel a lack of control in our lives. This is our Wellness Chakra.
Sacral
Located below our belly button and is linked to our sexual desires and everything that gives us pleasure. When this Chakra is not balanced, we may suffer Sexual disorders and/or associate pleasure with guilt. This is our Bliss chakra.
Root
Located at the base of our spine and is responsible for our sense of stability. When this chakra is out of balance, family life and/or finances can be affected. This is our HOME Chakra.
Crown
The top Chakra connects us to the Universe and the Creator, helping us find purpose. When unbalanced, we lose this connection and focus too much on the physical world.
Third Eye
The Chakra between our eyes is linked to intuition. When blocked, we lose connection to our inner guidance and live by default. It is our Law of Attraction Chakra.
Throat
The throat Chakra influences verbal communication and leadership. When blocked, it can hinder career progress. It is our Career Chakra.
Heart
The Chakra near the heart enables love and compassion. When blocked, it creates a barrier, preventing us from giving or receiving love. It is our Love Chakra.
